Based on the acclaimed novel by David Liss, A Conspiracy of Paper introduces Benjamin Weaver, a distinctive recurring character whose investigations continue across multiple novels. Adapt Entertainment is developing the books as a returning TV series.

Eugene Bullard, whose extraordinary life took him from the racism of early 20th-century America to Europe, where he became a boxer, the world's first Black combat pilot, a celebrated Paris nightclub owner and a wartime intelligence operative. After surviving war, prejudice and political upheaval abroad, Bullard returned to the United States and confronted a country still unwilling to fully recognize the life he had built and the history he had made.

 

Based on the novel by Craig Lloyd's Eugene Bullard: Black Expatriate in Jazz-Age Paris.


Adapt Entertainment has secured the film rights to this true story biography. A completed screenplay has been developed for the project.

After vowing never to return to India following a miserable backpacking trip in her twenties, the author moves to New Delhi when her partner gets a job posting there. After arriving, falls dangerously ill with double pneumonia. The illness forces her to reevaluate her life as an atheist, prompting a deep exploration of India's various faiths.

Adapt is currently exploring rights to a published memoir about the author whose journey through India becomes an unexpected exploration of culture, spirituality and self-discovery. Blending humor, travel, and personal transformation, the story is being considered as a character-driven feature film for an international audience.
